For the money paid, the value is amazing. Do not have high expectations, it is still a cheap hotel, but it has everything needed and a lovely pool on site. Helpful staff, great water pressure in the shower, and a central old town location. And I love the safe feeling in the town and the hotel in general! Travelled with teen daughter.

The front of house staff are lovely and work very hard, the location is central but quiet so you get a good nights sleep. There is a lovely pool with lovely showers and toilets joined on . The price was great.

The location, and the swimming pool. The cleaning staff, were very helpful and provided me with a fresh towel, water and anything that had run out (shower gel etc). daily..

- Amazing location - The pool -The friendly staff - Great powerful fan in the bedrooms - comfy beds - Netted window covers - Soap, ear bud and shampoo provided - Very cheap ! - Nice and quiet - NO bed bugs - You can book activities at the hotel for a decent price

The location is amazing, the room is decent, the towel sucks but for the price you pay (I paid 540 per night) not everything can be perfect. I would easily give it a 8.5/10. If you come to Chiangmai this hotel will do the job.

Close to everything, you can go by walking everywhere and you have 7-11 in 2 min walking. The staff is very nice.
