The rooms are massive! We had a pool access room but we didn’t use the pool due to it being too cold but the room itself was lovely! And the bath was so relaxing Also loved the free bikes to get around

Modern good looking hotel. Staff very friendly and the room had everything we need. Bed was comfortable as well. It has a small gym but good enough to keep on track of your workouts.

The room was very spacious. Staff were fantastic - friendly and attentive. The hotel has a lovely pool (though doesn’t get much sun) and gym.

Nice room, clean swimming pool. Nearby big shopping mall - Central Festival of Chiang Mai. Many laundry service nearby.

We booked this as a layover stay close to the bus station (5 min drive, 14 min walk) and it was a very convenient hotel. Best parts of the stay: - big and comfy room, almost like a studio apartment. I booked the Deluxe with pool view and wouldn't have it another way. Lovely to be able to walk straight into the pool for a small swim. - loved having a sofa and makeup seating area in the room. - all was very clean, big shower, plenty of towels. - pool and vegetation is beautiful and also felt very neat and clean - some cute cafés nearby - easy and fast to check in and out - helpful reception

Beautiful hotel, great location to the east of the old city. Nice facilities, lovely and clean, modern and with easy access to the train station. Bars and clubs a nice walk or short taxi drive away. Lovely little restaurant opposite where you can get a nice breakfast or meal with beautiful pastries.

staff was really nice and helpful we did not have hot water in the room on first nightd , but they helped us to change the room. after that everything went smootly and i really liked the hotel ! it is modern, clean and nicely decorated. they also offered free tuktuk rides for close destinations from hotel ! :) higly recommended

My stay was incredibly pleasant. The staffs were friendly and respectful and the check in and check out was very smooth. The location was good enough-near to ATM, laundry and coffee shops. 15mun away from night market and the Maya Mall. Worth for every penny I paid! Thank you Ana Park!! To made me feel safe and great during my solo Trip❤️

Great place to stay. The room is modern, very clean and has everything you need. Everywhere is well kept and you can tell the staff have a lot of pride working there, the people here are all very friendly and welcoming and help with any enquiry.
