Location perfect for what we needed, close to the airport, quite clean and tidy, even though no break fast available they did offer complimentary toast and coffee which suited us. Staff very polite and friendly.

Location was quiet, 7/11 close by (which does not have alcohol, it's 15min walk to one that has it). 2 coffee roasters very close to the hotel with excellent coffee.

Very nice hotel. Clean room, good bed, good wifi, everything worked fine. The photos don't lie, my room actually looked like that. I stayed there for 3 weeks and the staff was always very kind and helpful. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, just off the busy areas Nimman and Old Town. My room had a balcony with a view to the mountains and nearby trees with birds singing! No traffic noise, very quiet at night. Hard to believe that I was staying close to the center of a city with 1.2 million citizens. For long-time visitors there is a nice and very clean, modern coin laundry in the neighborhood.
