“Just a place to stay before crossing the border”

You generally spend a night in Chiang Kong only to cross the border the next morning so we didnt have expectations. But there's nothing interesting in this place, and the staff was lazy. We only liked the old woman who did the cleaning, she was nice.

We stayed here the night befote catching the slow boat into Laos. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfy. There is a swimming pool which is always nice. Across the road is a 7-11 which is really handy.
