It was possible to sit in either sun or shade pretty much all day, with loungers on the patio and the balcony. Indoor and outdoor dining. Very polite neighbourhood cats.

Great location near some of the best beaches of South Sardinia. Lovely quiet residential area with a nice pool, a grocery store within 2 min walk and a delicious restaurant /pizzeria. Our flight was delayed and our host very kindly waited for us after 11pm to show us the house and hand us the keys. They even filled the fridge with a large selection of drinks and were very helpful during our stay. The house has a private parking spot, is modern, had most mod com and a great outdoor shower. It is a short drive away from Pula (definitely worth a visit). Beware that's no WiFi or smart TV, ended up being a great opportunity to be less on our phones /watch less tcy. Highly recommend.

property well equipped and really cosy, nice garden with barbecue place , location is very good with nice view, very nice beaches near by, restaurants and local shop within 5-10min walk👌 Great for family holidays.
