The resort is located approximately 100km from the capital, Hanoi, adjacent to Cuc Phuong forest. It features abundant greenery and a fresh, clean climate. The rooms come with balconies overlooking the garden. The facilities here are not overly luxurious, but the staff is enthusiastic and helpful. However, not many staff members speak English. There is an English employee - Mr Stevie working as customer service at the resort. Breakfast is served at a spacious bamboo restaurant, which is the highlight of this resort.

The staff in marketing team is good. The foods served by the restaurant are excellent. The view of the mountain is breathtaking. The sky bar is great but does not seem to be suitable for winter time.

the hotel common area made in bamboo is outstanding, the rooms by the lake as well. we enjoyed the cafe and using their bicycles all around. we like remoteness this is remote remote. the staff really made our stay good.
