Nice to be able to stay after a group meal. Staff were very helpful and the food was excellent 👌 easy access to main arterial routes with lots of parking available.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Festive menu was really tasty, thank you. There was a little issue with our room which the team did everything they could to sort and the situation was resolved very well indeed. Thank you again. We'll be back.

I was looking forward to commenting publicly on how welcoming and accommodating the staff were. In particular, we were attending a wedding nearby at Carden Park, but were staying here. Check in was usually 4pm, but that would have led to us leaving and returning. Wayne was very good at communicating with us, and whilst we understand this may not typically be provided, Wayne made it so that we were able to collect our room key at 11:15am. This meant we could simply leave and return late in the evening to go straight to our room. Also the lady who greeted us when arriving was ready to greet us, and explained the key locking process and showed us the room (the room was not yet ready to use, but we knew that, and were not needing the room at that point). Would stay again, it's only a short 7 minute drive from Carden Park.

The location was good set in beautiful rural countryside which I happily had some time to explore once I arrived before dark but equally had good transport links, the member of staff on duty staff on duty when I arrived was very helpful in helping me sort out they internet connection when the technology when wrong, despite being a pub sandwiched between two busy highways my room was surprisingly quite, I also liked having real fresh milk for my cups of tea something you rarely find in any hotel
