The location of the hotel is amazing, it really is in the heart of the town! As we arrived it looked beautiful! We were greeted by a really lovely, helpful lady on reception, who advised our room was ready early and we could therefore check in. Our room was decorated really nice, we had one double bed and two singles. The bathroom was really modern with good lighting. The bed was super comfy and had a great night sleep. Breakfast was absolutely delicious - a mix of cereals, pastries and fruit salad as a buffet and then cooked food you sat down and ordered. All staff working were so kind and attentive.

Friendly staff, cleanliness of room, amazing breakfast (including delicious loose leaf tea). Excellent location for visiting the city, and not too noisy at night considering it's fairly central. Some nice pubs close by.

Centrally situated in Chester town centre. A lovely small hotel. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The bedroom was very comfy. An excellent experience and highly recommended.

Lovely clean property in fab location. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go back to stay if we head that way again

Lovely hotel in a good location , staff were friendly , however we sat in the bar area for some time on the evening , waiting to order food , I eventually went and asked a member of staff what time did they start serving , to be told they didn’t serve food on an evening !! We weren’t aware of this , and then had to trail out again in the pouring rain :(
