Location is perfect, room-excellent. Breakfast was tasty, but quite limited variety of food and coffee was not good quality (I took flat white, but was not tasty).

The room was large with a sofa. The bathroom had a bath and plenty of space. Quiet room and an easy walk into Chester. All very clean. Staff all friendly and helpful Spa area clean and quiet

Great canalside location easy walking to the walls and restaurants /pubs. Well appointed hotel bar with real ales at reasonable prices, great rooms with period features topped off with a well serviced buffet breakfast.
