Location was great. But bed was hard and there was a whirling sound all night which wasn't the extractor fan and was annoying.

Lovely staff, really friendly and helpful. Very clean, room spacious, up to date decor and well provided for in regards to provisions e.g. free fridge drinks. Breakfast was lovely. Bar and lounge very tastefully decorated. Corridor room numbering very clear and easy to read little lantern-like lights were very effective.

Check in staff really helpful and accomodating. Helped with getting access to rooms and storing luggage without fuss. Bar staff really pleasant and good range of drinks. Milk in room was brilliant, meant we could have a cup of tea immediately instead of having to go and find a shop after travelling. Great location and room top up snacks etc brill. Great staff.

The staff were polite and helpful in all areas. The facilities we used were very good. The rooms were perfect for our needs and the en-suite’s were a good size with huge showers. It was an ideal location. Parking was a short walk away but it was at a discounted rate - if you have a big car you may want to look for another car park as it was very busy and spaces were snug for a middle sized car.
