Holiday Inn Express Chester Racecourse access via road will be restricted during 22nd April-10th May, the car park is only accessible via Sealand Road, CH1 4NT, Tesco should be on your right-hand side, continue down, and we are located on the right-hand side just after bridge. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Only minus point was how hot and dry it felt in the room overnight. Couldn't open the window as it'd be too noisy (god knows what it'd be like in the high heat of summer as no aircon). Other than that, spot on.

Room was good and bathrooms was ideal. Bed was comfortable and pillows were good. We asked for room’s close together and we actually had rooms connected by an internal door which was brilliant.

All staff were excellent. Really helpful and always willing to give time to sort queries. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Breakfast was varied and fresh. A very comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you.

Amazing stay! Staff were so friendly. It was my little boys 5th birthday I sent some balloons they decorated the room beautifully for us and made it so special for him. Breakfast was amazing
