An amazing place to stay and I will happily come back. Firstly it must be said that for such a brilliant location, just five minutes' walk from everything the gorgeous city of Chester has to offer, the room itself was almost completely silent from the city sounds outside. More than that the view was nothing short of beautiful, with ducks and the river beyond. Secondly - the host, Felicity, was wonderful and very accommodating. There was a hitch with my booking (entirely my fault) which was quickly addressed and solved within a few minutes. Thirdly the room itself was very clean and very comfortable (loved the brand new carpet!). The kitchette was super-useful for my five-night stay and the bed was very comfortable. My company is based very near Chester and I won't hesitate to stay here again (though I might book direct!).

Checking in/out was straight forward and the staff were easily reachable via email. Parking was close to the property for a small fee. The room was immaculate! And very spacious with a comfortable bed and everything you need for a short stay. Yes, the bathroom is small but we didn’t feel this was an issue whatsoever. The location was perfect. So close to all the restaurants, bars and shops plus the Christmas markets which were open during our stay!
