Location was excellent just a short walk to the town, room was quiet and clean, we did not stay for the breakfast as we felt that this should have been included in the room rate

Room fair , clean and no issues. Meal in restaurant in the evening poor . My daughter’s pizza was a little over cooked. My GF fish and chips poor as was the GF brownie. I will say manager in restaurant ( James) very nice and helpful . No problem with breakfast.

Excellent breakfast. Loved the leisure facilities. Peaceful sleep. Easy walk to Town Hall. Only thing that was difficult was finding the entrance as a pedestrian.

Despite telling reception first thing in the morning there was no shower gel, it still was empty when we returned that evening and we had to call reception to sort it. While housekeeping was with us a car alarm was going off, and she said she would look into it. The car alarm went off all through the night just outside our room. Curtains were torn. Breakfast was great though.

Really nice hotel, super convenient. Rooms were big but overly warm even with air conditioning on and the windows didnt open for any air either. Bed was super comfy and pool etc was great.
