Room was lovely - very spacious, clean, good offer of tea/coffee water etc, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom fab - great size, fan, fantastic hot shower with lots of power. Staff were nice, helpful and friendly. Stunning grounds. Spa availability and facilities were good. used both days with no issues. Jacob’s bar food was lovely.

Position to Chester was ideal. Beautiful surroundings and decor as Christmas decorations still up. Lovely pool, and rooms modern with lovely spacious en-suite.

Amazing from check in to check out. Absolutely stunning building and looked beautiful with the xmas decorations and we also got to see it in the snow 😍 we only booked a basic room but were given a huge beautiful room 2 doors away from the pool. The spa facilities are amazing. The pool was lovely and warm and jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were brilliant. Extremely polite and helpful staff and we will definitely be booking again.

I did book a room as me and my son came together and requested online at twin room. When we arrived, there was only a double bed and I had to request bedding for the sofa bed in the room, which was very uncomfortable for my son to sleep when I Brought this to the attention of reception I was told I should’ve booked a twin room online of which I did.
