We loved the coziness and welcome feeling. The hotel was relaxed and the staff were all lovely. Room was beautiful and well equipped. Breakfast was, amazing..freshly cooked with a good choice of options and plenty of tea and coffee. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very well presented inside. Very comfortable downstairs with a small bar area. The staff are all very friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was lovely with all the usual tea making facilities, hair dryer and TV etc. But it was cosy, which made all the difference. The breakfast was very nice and made to order. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening and it was exceptional. All this and a 15 minute walk into Chester made for a lovely, relaxed stay.

Lovely Easter Weekend Stay We had a wonderful stay at the Brookside Hotel over the Easter weekend. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were welcoming and friendly, even showing us personally to our room which was a lovely touch. Later in the evening, when our room key stopped working, the gentleman on reception was quick to resolve the issue and kindly offered us complimentary drinks at the bar — excellent customer service! The room itself was spotless, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast the next morning was delicious — the full English was cooked to order and arrived promptly, hot and fresh. Overall, we felt it was great value for money, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very clean and bright. Very well and interestingly set out with a few snugs here and there . Staff polite and helpful. My bedroom was small but well thought out. If ever I needed another 'stop over' in Chester I would certainly choose Brookside again.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful place. The room was comfortable, spotless and beautiful. 15 minutes walk to Chester centre if you come out and turn right, not left like we did . The staff were all wonderful and the breakfast next day was amazing, cooked to order 😋

Fantastic little gem of a hotel. Superb location for access to Chester City & suburbs. Food was excellent and Aileen was a fantastic waitress at breakfast. I cannot fault this Hotel. Extremely good value for money. The carpark was an added bonus. 10 out of 10 !!!!
