Hotel Overview

Set in 30 acres of grounds in Chiltern’s countryside overlooking the Chess Valley, De Vere Latimer Estate boasts an indoor pool and sauna, 25 minutes’ drive from Heathrow Airport. London can be reached in 35 minutes by train. In 2017 the property underwent a 7 million pound renovation project.
All rooms are en-suite with a shower or bath, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
De Vere Latimer Estate combines contemporary and Victorian architecture, with 27 modern meeting and training rooms, all including the latest high tech equipment for business events. De Vere’s experienced team can help create any corporate meeting or event.
Guests at Latimer De Vere Latimer Estate can relax in the bar, or enjoy a meal within the hotel’s restaurant which offers a seasonal menu using locally sourced ingredients. The artisan coffee shop Burr & Co, offers a selection of high-quality drinks and sweet treats for guests.

Swimming lessons are held in the pool on the following times: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 15:30 to 18:00 Saturdays from 08:30 to 11.30
Please note that the credit / debit card used at the time of the booking needs to be presented upon check-in.
There are swimming lessons which operate on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoon (15:30 – 18:00) which means there is no access to the pool, sauna and steam room during these times however the gym is still available.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

the best thing was getting a pair of trousers back that I left in the wardrobe, it took a few calls but eventually they were found and posted back to Sweden which I thought was excellent service

Interestingly not able to get a better rate from the hotel by calling direct to their reception a few months in advance. We stayed in the Mews block for an event, it was a compact functional room. Main lighting was from the "Anglepoise" style lamp and lights in the bathroom. Exemplary bar service during the evening. Impressive breakfast selection although a very limited range of cold meat and cheese.
