The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. The bar/lounge areas were very comfortable with nice decor. The terrace dining area especially enjoyable in good weather with a pleasant outlook. Parking was very good and very close to the hotel. All.of the staff were very pleasant & friendly

It was clean and not too far from Thorpe park which is the main reason we were in the area. The staff was helpful and even gave us feedback for the ducks in the river. Breakfast was ok too. It was easily to locate by Uber
