The hotel is located in the central area of Chernivtsi, very close to absolutely all central points of interest. The rooms have a great view (Superior Rooms) of the area where the hotel is located, the staff is very ok and friendly, they mostly speak in English in case you don't understand Ukrainian, the rooms are very spacious, clean, and the restaurant that is located on the 9th floor, it has a great view, the food is extraordinary and varied. PER total, only words of praise for this hotel 🙏🏼

hotel seems new, room is quiet, good view from 8th floor over the city from the balcony, clean, spacious room, nice smelling shampoo, gift water in the room, fridge, kettle with tea and coffee. Very comfortable bed.

Extremely satisfied with the hotel! Spent the night with the child in a family room with a huge bunk bed - the son was delighted. The room is very clean, there is everything you need: air conditioner, refrigerator, slippers, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, etc. The staff is great, went above and beyond to resolve my late check-in and check-out issues. Regarding food: it is not included in the price of the room, so we paid for it separately in the hotel restaurant and did not regret it: there was a very good choice in the buffet system, able to satisfy anyone. Then we also went there for lunch, and there I was served one of the tastiest borschts I've ever tasted. So I definitely recommend it and I will come back again!

Absolutely amazing hotel 😍 Great location. Nice parking place. Wonderful hotel design. Photogenic and lovely rooms. All you need is here: mini bar, flip flops, soap, shampoo, brushes... Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything is clean and brand new! Panorama restaurant on 9th floor. Super tasty food and cocktails. Great service. And great music. Amazing view from the balconies at the restaurant. Wonderful restaurant design. Elevator and lobby is super as well. Amazing helpful stuff. I'm highly recommend this hotel!!!!

The hotel looks really nice. Also, the size of the room and bathroom was big. Breakfast was also delicious and very diverse.
