The stay was very pleasant, even though we only stayed for one night. The owner welcomed us at 12:30 a.m., very kind and helpful. The room is dark but very clean and has both air conditioning and a fan. Good value for money.

Room 6 was great, very clan and very comfortable bed. Good location for restaurants Plenty of tuk Turks to go shopping

Good location right by Cherai beach with nearby shops, restaurants & a bar. We had a lovely big room with a balcony, good aircon and wi-fi, and very clean. Sanjeev and everyone at the home stay were very welcoming and kind. We also had a delicious keralan breakfast prepared by Sanjeev’s wife. Only stayed one night at the end of our trip for a days beach time but could have stayed a couple of days.

It was the best homestay experience we had so far in Kerala. The owner Sajeev is very friendly and helpful. His property is clean, room is comfortable, just in front of the beach I only recommend you to spend 1 or 2 nights there to relax !

The room was very comfortable and it was lovely having the balcony, from which you could see the beach across the road. Everything was very clean and Sanjeev was attentive to any needs. The breakfast was great value for Rs100.

Sajeev Home Stay is a gem of a hotel! Our favourite place we have stayed in India so far. Sajeev creates a warm and friendly atmosphere making it hard to leave. Our room was large and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Would highly recommend and we look forward to our next visit !!
