The staff and owners are wonderful. They were really kind and helpful and make the best full English you will ever experience. The location is excellent, everything is walkable, and walking around Chepstow and surrounding areas is a must.

Beautiful little quirky hotel ,with beautifull old style details all around, something diffrent than big chains, I had room nr 8 wich was up the stairs on last floor , had a lot of charm the room felt very cosy ,bed very comfortable ,the lady at the breakfast was super friendly, and cooked a beautifully breakfast ,they have a beautiful garden in the back wich I'm sure in the summer is lovely, my friend had room 14 located at the back of the garden in a separate building, her room was also nice and very spacious. Now the building is not new but I like how is done ,felt cozy and I would definitely return.Castle is just 1 min away with parking on site .Was great value for the money amd I enjoyed my stay .Check in was super easy as we received our code in the morning for the door lock.
