Great location right in the centre of Chepstow. Small basic room which was clean and comfortable. Large bath towels and toiletries provided and a good hot shower. Fast wifi. Breakfast is help yourself continental with tea/coffee, nice bread and spreads, different types of cereals. Nice staff. No on site parking, because the hotel is on the street with double yellows, but there are reasonably priced car parks within easy walking distance, so this was not a problem.

Location is OK, although Chepstow is tiny and easy to get around no matter where you stay in Chepstow. It's a quaint little place but you couldn't stay more than 2 days as you would have seen and been everywhere by then.Staff are very friendly.

Good location. Clean room but carpet and fixtures looked like they needed updating. Continental breakfast was very limited. Plenty of cafes nearby. Payable car park 1 minute walk away.

Working nearby and booked last minute. The location, room, cleanliness and service were excellent all round. Parking straight across the road. Food in the Pizzeria was outstanding. We will be back.
