The was an aliveness about Chennai that we enjoyed. First time here and after a long journey from the UK the hotel was the perfect balance of being quiet, clean and the staff were helpful and friendly! The hotel is also within walking distance of the station and we passed a great juice bar. Breakfast was delicious and our rooms felt clean, comfortable and safe. This would be our first choice next time we are in Chennai! Bed was comfortable and a good atmosphere to the hotel.

Staff were very nice and communicative. We checked in about one am. Great receptionist. Secure. Breakfast was good. We would have stayed again on our return journey but they were booked out. Good AC. Lift. Very good room service. Big shower.

We arrived quite late, but the welcome at VV Grand was warm and inviting. The staff were impeccable, with special thanks to Aruna, who was always happy to help and always with a smile on her face. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and overall, our stay was really good. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay in Chennai!

The room was comfortable spacious and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the V V Grand. We arrived early morning after a long train journey and the manager organised early check in which we appreciated greatly. Thank you to Aruna the manageress for your cheerful smile and bottles of water after our sightseeing trip.

From the time I checked in, every process was exceptional in terms of reception, on boarding time and checking in room. The roow was literally amazing in terms of all facilities fom bed to bathroom. The staff are very friendly and swift in responding to your calls and they took care in such a way that you never have anything to complain. The distance from the hotel to main destinations is an added bonus and the neighbourhood is nice with lots of options for food, medical needs et al. It was a great experience staying in there and will definitely try once again when i Visit

The staff was extremely helpful and cheerful ready to help at anytime. Special thanks to Aruna and Ajith who went out of the way to help in every aspect. The food was also very tasty and clean and the restaurant staff was also very nice. Only problem is the location bit conjested and too crowded. But the staff at the reception helped us with booking taxis etc..we felt like home the 4 days we spent there and their hospitality makes us going there again. Hats off to the staff there 👏 specially Aruna and Ajith.😘😘
