The Hotel was clean and the staff friendly and proactive. The Breakfast spread was amazing. Room service was very good. A little pricey but worth the money.

One of the best five star hotel in Chennai. All the staff were amazing starting from Anand from handling luggage , Shriya and her team with front desk , executive chef Sravanan and team with cooking. Room services team were really good and all the staff were helpful at all times The best 5 star hotel to stay in Chennai

Entire is hospitality is really good. One thing, The front office was really helpful (Gowthami) in helping/guiding a bit about Chennai as i am new to Chennai.

Overall really liked the stay. The highlight was the hospitality of the staff which was amazing... They were very caring and comforting.. Especially Ms. Shreya from the hospitality desk went all out to accommodate me and my colleagues at the lounge for an hour, while we had checked out and our flight was late in the night. That was a very kind gesture. Also Ms. Riya at the lounge took good care of us.
