We stayed at Pullman AnnaSali for 3 nights with my wife and two sons, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We booked half board, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely fantastic fresh, delicious, and full of variety. The customer service was truly exceptional. We have never experienced such warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful service at any hotel around the world. Every staff member we met was polite, professional, and incredibly welcoming. A special mention to Akash Manoj, whom we met frequently during breakfast and dinner. His service was outstanding, and he made us feel very well looked after. Several other staff members even remembered our preferences and offered what we needed before we asked something we deeply appreciated. We also requested a late checkout as our flight was at night, and the front office staff arranged it immediately at no extra charge. This thoughtful gesture made our last day much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay truly memorable. We look forward to returning again soon.

Stayed for 4 nights. Room: 5☆ Facilities: 5☆ Restaurant: 5☆ Food: 5☆ Safety &Security : 5☆ Cleanliness: 5☆ Amenities: 5☆ Comfort: 5☆ Communication: 5☆ All the staff, (other than the incompetent Duty Manager we met during check-in) were very professional, helpful, warm, and friendly. One of the staff went out of his way to help us with transportation within the city, a Mr Sharath; as I couldn't get the local transport apps due to my foreign phone number. He was always ready to help and assisted us throughout our stay. (He should swap positions with the Duty Manager! I'm convinced he'd do a better job.) The restaurant staff were consistently checking on guests and were seeing to their needs. The food was very good. The staff went out of their way to ensure all requests were met, and more. Cheerful and friendly, they all went the extra mile for guests. Housekeeping staff were prompt and thorough. We were further assisted by their Rooms Manager, Mr Sahil; who ensured that we were attended to promptly, and arranged for our hotel checkout and transfer. We will definitely stay at the Pullman if we visit Chennai again.
