A 4 star hotel should cater for variety of breakfast giving clients choices and not just only 3 or 4 indian only dishes. Almost no fruits at all. Not all people can tolerate hot & spicy foods early in the morning. No ham no cheese no pastries no fruits.....no choices of bread. ..

We were upgraded to the apartments, which is not part of the same building. Lovely spacious unit but had another building in between. .

Location was central on a small side street. But it was ok. It is a small business hotel.

I liked the breakfast very tasty and Sambar was ultimate. Also i ate omlette it was also very good. Request to add one or two more items lile Upma and Rava Dosa in the menu.

We spoke to the property 2 days before for early checkin and also for extra payment. We still had to wait for 35 min. Lunch post ordered at the restaurant, we waited for 40 min before it arrived. Madras spicy chicken was sweet and tasted kore like nawabi chicken. Conditioner in the bathroom was not refilled. Room was spacious and good.. Beautiful beds. Breakfast is amazing.

The staff and reception guys are very helpful. Rooms were clean and room service was quick . I had urgent laundry which was done in few hours. Though dining room is small but breakfast was good . Overall very good
