In general the quality of facilities and room is better than that I had in other 5 stars in India. Very good food. They have perfect adaptation of South Indian food for non-Indian guests.

A special mention goes to Ms Rajeswari Menon, who played a pivotal role in making our trip truly memorable. She was exceptionally helpful in planning our Mahabalipuram itinerary, offering insightful recommendations that made our experience even more enriching. Her in-depth knowledge, patience, and willingness to tailor the itinerary to our preferences were highly appreciated. Thanks to her guidance, we had a smooth and well-organised trip, enjoying the historical wonders and coastal charm of Mahabalipuram without any hassle.

New property, spacious rooms thoughtfully furnished. Large swimming pool, long enough for lap swimming. Exceptionally delicious breakfast buffet I thoroughly enjoyed. Very kind, attentive and welcoming staff.

This hotel needs a 20/10. Fantastic facilities. Staff hospitality is top-notch. Everyone is very mindful of guests' needs, which is very rare in customer service nowadays. Breakfast has a vast spread of great choices from local and international cuisine.
