the property is beautiful and the staff is very helpful , i had some issue becasue of which i had to change the room and the staff was more than happy to help me. They also checked on my comfort post the change

Stunning property with exceptional service. We stayed at Taj Coromandel before and Radisson is on another league. We regret we didn’t have more nights booked and would definitely return when back in Chennai. Spa is so beautiful. Great selection of meals and dinner choices.

You need to change the tooth brushes provided. The brittles were coming out when brushing and it’s stuck in throat.

Close to the airport and such a wow on arrival! Electric car transfers included both ways and the room? Spotless but way too complicated electronics for us prehistoric Europeans. We still live in caves don’t you know? The staff? Reception, drivers, porters, the absolute best. Beyond! Even though we hadn’t included breakfast in our rate, the hotel sent us off at 5am with a packed tasty breakfast bag which, given the lack of anything edible in the international departure lounge that early, amazing! 🤩 The room toilet had to be used to be believed. Space age! We still use a hole in the ground in our garden in France . This one connects you directly with Elon musk probing Uranus!
