The property has massive build up. It has multiple restaurants and their own chocolatier fabelle Their spa was simple phenomenal. Loved their gym. Their staffs Mr John from the madras cafe Ms Keerthiga from guest relations and Ms Kamini were just beyond commendable. They went all out to check on us even after we checking out. Great professionalism. Kudos to the management.

An absolutely magnificent Hotel, like a palace with marble everywhere. ! It takes up an entire block. Not very cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Everything in the hotel was so good. The guest relations manager, Keerthiga was outstanding. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. She was incredibly attentive to our needs and provided personalized recommendations that greatly enhanced our stay. I highly commend her professionalism and dedication to our satisfaction.
