Each day spent at your hotel was made memorable and cosy, far beyond our expectations, thanks to the dedication and excellence of your staff. A special mention must be made of Housekeeping staff B. Simon, whose thoughtful and meticulous care turned our room into a sanctuary. Every day, we returned to beautifully arranged beds and a refreshingly serene atmosphere—his consistency and attention to detail were simply remarkable. Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to Srijita, your outstanding Guest Relationship Officer. Her professionalism, warmth, and sincere efforts to ensure our comfort made a profound impact on our experience. She truly embodies the spirit of exceptional hospitality. Breakfast every morning was a delight, thanks to the excellent service from Mrindi, Kartik, Arindam, Sahil, Sweety, and Jeni. Their cheerful demeanor and attentive service brought so much joy to the start of our day. Lastly, I must highlight the impeccable service at the lounge area, where Aridya (unable to recall) ensured everything ran seamlessly. Her extraordinary sense of hospitality and charm elevated our entire stay. In my sincere opinion, Simon, Srijita, and Ariya are invaluable assets to your establishment. I booked the hotel for 3 to share a room. In fact I was also made to understand that an extra bed could fit within the room. However when we tried to fit the extra bed in, there was no room to move. I brought in up with the assistant manager Kartik who immediately offered an upgrade at minimal additional costs.

Centrally located with all amenities expected of a 5 star hotel- very welcoming and helpful staff - we felt very comfortable during our stay.

Breakfast spread was superb, staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to MR. Sahil Sen , Mukund and Sweety who were quite warm and helpful specially when visiting dinning hall for meals

The rooms were big and spacious and very very comfortable.. the guest service was very prompt. The morning breakfast buffet had an excellent spread as well. The staff was very helpful... I remember Sweety and Kiran took really good care of us

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, my room was upgraded by the wonderful Ruhi who was always smiling and helpful. Jennifer at the buffet restaurant was amazing with my kids assisting them with what they wanted. Rajinikanth and Julaludeen were amazing at the entrance, helping with Uber drivers that kept going to wrong location next door. The room was clean and tidy every day we got back.
