Staff was very professional, helpful, and kind. We had an issue with our first room (water leaking) and were moved to a bigger room. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the AC worked well.

The property is located in central chennai..hence it's accessible for all major attractions. Complimentary South indian Breakfast provided was excellent. The staffs were very courteous & friendly. Overall my experience with Grand Courtyard exceeded my expectations. Thank you.
