After the initial room we got (neighbours playing music loudly), we asked to get another one and that was much better and more quiet. Windows were on the other side of the main road and we got a small kitchen within our suite. The hotel has a lovely pool and a fairly decent gym (sadly smells strongly of air fresheners). Hotel has more of a business people vibe, so it's probably nice for those who visit for a short time.

My stay at Citadines was truly exceptional—it felt just like home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff, right from security to reception and room service, were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more convenient. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. The overall ambiance was inviting, and every small detail contributed to a pleasant experience. One of the biggest advantages was how pet-friendly the place was. Traveling with a pet can often be challenging, but Citadines made it effortless with its welcoming environment and well-planned accommodations.

Facilities is good, we can use the laundry machine and cook in the room. Price is also very good. The only two things make me uncomfortable. 1. Mosquito in the room. Everyday fighting with mosquitoes. 2. Breakfast is not good

Room was good with decent facilities.n The kitchenette was good with utensils. The induction stove was not that great. Breakfast was good.
