Location was great, just a short hop away from an MRT station. Breakfast was good although the first time we were there, there was an exhibition and the space squeeze saw lesser buffet options.

The suite decor is very nice , the staffs at reception and Chinese dinning are very good. And the cleaning staff are all very friendly.

The location, in the city centre, is good as a base for various sightseeing in Chengdu city. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Excellent service, the team do their best to communicate with the foreign customers. Breakfast was good though after 3 days looks very much the same. The place is clean and close to Luomashi metro station which makes it an excellent choice. From there you can get anywhere practically in their excellent metro system. Was my birthday during my visit and a cake of very good size was waiting for us after a great day in the city. This is the type of details that make your trip memorable and make you come back to the same city and hotel. We will absolutely do it.

A quality hotel and what you would expect from a Sheraton branded hotel. Very good value as well. Everything was perfect, the check in, the room, housekeeping as well as breakfast which was an excellent variety. You will not be disappointed

Clean good service and regular reload in water. People trying to help even if English speaking. Kudos to waitress on 2nd floor in coffee space who was really helpful, professional and kind.
