All the staff are amazing and highly efficient. My husband and myself are very happy and impressed with the concierge service. Everything will be well taken care of by the staff. We stayed for 3 nights on the 5th floor and a night on the 15th floor facing Taikoo Li. Frankly speaking, we prefer the room and view of the 5th floor as compared to the 15th floor. The room is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The only thing we do not like are the pillows. They are too soft and not thick enough for our liking. We requested for thicker pillows and once again the housekeeping responded efficiently and brought over two different types for us to choose from. However they are still the same. Nevertheless, this can be overlooked as everything else is impeccable. We will definitely be back with our kids next time.

The property is modern, clean, upscale and well located. The staff are nice and attentive. The beds with a “pillow menu” are beyond comfortable. The view from the room over the temple area, the shopping centers and the eastern part of Chengdu is great. The food and breakfast in their main restaurant is of very good quality. At times, there is quite a while to wait for a la carte food both at dinner and breakfast, but perhaps for the quality and nature of the preparation.
