The location was good. The staff were helpful. Lobby is big and grand. Hotel was clean. Room was what we expected. We had a city view. The only hard thing was the language barrier but google translate was a huge help.

The team in reception was amazing and they help a lot with some issues I had on my arrival. Same of the persons that were responding on the chat. Breakfast with many option for local and foreigner. Also they have a laundry room that was amazing and free.

Very spacious and well-equipped room, with a nice view. Huge bed. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with many choices including local and Western options as well. The location was ok - close to the centre and there were subway stations about 10-min walk from the Hotel.

Good size room, comfortable bed, free use of washing machine and dryer. Variety for breakfast. Quiet. Given lots of bottled water. V good shower.

The location was great, close to the main square in terms of walkable distance. I liked all the local shops and mini supermarkets, convenience stores that were close by. The hotel staff were professional and those that I encountered spoke English. I also had an important letter that was delivered to the hotel, and it was kept for my arrival. The room was clean and quiet, and well supplied with bottles of water and a kettle.
