Room was small. Carpet and basin looked tired. Can upgrade the furnishings. The bed was comfortable.

The manager on duty compensated the mal-functioning air cond by personal heater and promised to change the room (only the next day though). And breakfast provided for free.

I would like to sent a special thanks to Zoe Zou who was checking us in to the hotel. She is friendly and very helpful with my questions about the things that I would like to know in Chengdu.
