The hotel is so beautiful. Rooms so big and comfortable. Breakfast is great. Location is not too far from the Panda reserve.

Clean, quiet, well located. But I can’t understand how it got such a high rating here. If it was half the price, I would give it a five stars Tip: if you’re a 5 star non-Chinese traveler, in Chengdu choose Dorsett for the best bang for your buck or Ritz Carlton for the ultimate luxury at an affordable price.

Staff was really nice, in particular the young Jasper who speaks perfect English and was of great assistance. Breakfast is sumptuous and the room very comfortable (for a decent price).

The entire Tibetan cultural experience was a nice touch; Even though communication was a bit challenging, the staff went the extra mile to assist, especially Yaya SL, Cathy Lin & Jasper from the Business Center.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very communicative on messages, which I appreciate very much, that’s a strong point for the hotel. They helped to arrange my panda breeding centre tickets. Also, they received my Tibet permit well in advance where they handed over to me once I arrived. Room was very comfortable. Good modern one with beautiful artworks. Many pillows options that you can request. Mini bar is there. You have a nice kettle as well. Breakfast is the highlight. You’ve a massive breakfast

Everything, room, breakfast , in particular I have to say thank to a guy who works in the hotel he helped me a lot, he wrote in Chinese the places to visit because the taxis here don't know English

Wow what an amazing Honeymoon we had at this hotel. Our room was decorated with honeymoon extras and it was so thoughtful. There are a few extra options you at the hotel such as make your own incense sticks, there is a chinese tea shop, you can dress up and have Tibetan tea and there was also a signer you could watch on the bar area which was lovely. The staff were always warm with greetings and always willing to help. We love this hotel and hope to visit again in the future. It is located close to the subway, a mall and many restaurants are close by, with a fantastic Hot Pot restaurant over the road. The breakfast is one of the best i have experienced with so many options to chose from. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing stay.
