I liked very much that once booked, they sent me a message with very clear instructions about how to get to the hostel, it was very easy for me to reach it from the airport by metro. It is located in a nice area full of restaurants and shops, close to the metro stop Staff is so nice, they allowed early check in Just love this hostel, so good value for money

The staff was so incredible, it felt like family, we’d just talk till late, with guests, and it’s also really sociable hostel and really really nice location. Can only recommend one of the best hostels i’ve been.

I was very happy staying at Flipflop Hostel. The location is great and the staff is very friendly. Melody checked me in smoothly and any questions about the Hostel or the city were answered happily. I will come here again definitely

The rooms were amazing and clean, the location was central, however what takes the cake were the staff, they were so helpful and considerate. They all spoke perfect English and gave me great recommendations, would like to personally thank melody for the great food recommendations.

Easy check in, could leave bags if you arrive early. We stayed during the day to sleep before our next flight. Did the job, rooms were fairly clean.

The hostel as hostels go is one of the better I’ve stayed in. My room was a private one with own WC shower. Yje aircon in the room is absolutely essential and worked well. Think twice about visiting Chengdu in end July early August. The temp is insane and limits your movements

The location is excellent. Plenty of restaurants around. Subway Station is a 5 mins walk. Bed is comfortable. They provide toiletries and towels. Lucy and Cassie helped to make my stay as comfortable and convenient as possible providing tips on where to go in Chengdu.

Incredible staff that are super helpful and very kind when giving you info and tips. Rooms are a decent size and the rooftop bar had a welcoming vibe. We had a small issue with the aircon but they fixed it immediately. Walking distance to lots of great places to eat and the metro.
