The fine print
Please note that children aged between 4 and 16 years can only access the spa and pool facilities between 07.00 and 09.00 in the morning and 16.30 to 18.00 in the afternoon. Unfortunately children under the age of 4 years of age are not permitted to use the spa or pool facilities at any time.There is capacity for extra beds in some rooms, charges may apply.Pets are only permitted in some rooms on request, please contact the hotel directly prior to arrival for more information. Charges are applicable.There is a charge of GBP 25.00 per person, per day for guests wishing to use the Elan Spa facilities (treatments not included). This will be valid for use between the stated arrival time of 15:00 and departure time of 11:00. Must be booked in advance and will be subject to availability.

What a stunning hotel for our 25th anniversary we loved every minute. The staff were very friendly and attentive, our upgraded room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The vegan breakfast was wonderful. The treatments in the spa were a perfect start to our break. In gorgeous rural surroundings but only ten minutes’ drive into Cheltenham it was ideal. Thank you we will be back.

This was an amazing stay from the moment we checked in and were escorted to room 1 - it was a beautiful room , spacious , lovely view of the garden with all the expected welcoming touches including the yummy homemade biscuits!!! The spa experience was fabulous especially the outdoor hot tub where we enjoyed a glass of fizz . Unfortunately the spouts we’re operating. Dinner was the highlight and we enjoyed a fantastic pre and post dinner drink in the comfort of the incredible lounge/ bar area . The choice of music ( Brat Pack ) was just perfect in the evening . Service was discreet but professional at all times .

Staff were really professional but also friendly so it felt luxury. Bed really comfy. Lovely decor in the bedroom. Breakfast was delicious and grounds are lovely. Spa very nice and massage was good!

This is a gem of a spa hotel. A warm welcome from reception staff. We were then accompanied to our lovely, spacious and elegant room. some thoughtful touches for my husband’s birthday also included. Really enjoyed the cosy relaxing spa. The evening meal was superb, delicious flavours and beautifully presented. Breakfast was just as good too. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We would highly recommend this hotel.
