Lovely, warm and personal welcome. Large room, that was very clean and comfortable. Great facilities and close to town . Parking permit was arranged by owners. Lovely breakfast too. I would definitely stay again.

Mark and Lyndsay were excellent hosts. They accommodated early check in, and parking and were on call whenever needed. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Amenities were great and so is the location. Thank you both

Lovely stay at Crossways, I was upgraded for free which was amazing , the room was very clean, great breakfast mark and Lindsey were so attentive. Will definitely be back

Very clean and comfortable room with all amenities considered such as fresh milk, hot chocolate, all types of tea, cofees, biscuits. Room very quiet and not too warm. Good quality shower and premises immaculately clean

The property was beautifully kept with lots of original features of its period. Mark one of the owners suggested that the rooms will be getting a refurb in the not too distant future but it was still a lovely house to stay x

Owners were very friendly and communication has been great from he time of booking. The guest house is lovely our room was spacious and clean, very comfortable and extra heater just incase we needed it. Bed was comfortable pillows not very comfy but I am fussy when it comes to pillows. Breakfast was nice plenty of choice too from hot and cold options and vegetarian for those who need it.Great location. I would 100% book this place again.

Lovely stay, very clean, comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast. Attention to detail and everything that you might need available to you. Ideal location for Cheltenham town hall shows.

The hosts are lovely and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean and we were not aware of any street noise.There was ample tea and coffee in the room along with a choice of dairy milk and dairy alternatives. The breakfast was as expected in a lovely, elegant "parlour."
