Very good central location for Cheltenham. Basic and no frills but a clean and quiet room. Very easy check in and out. Needed an inexpensive place to sleep after a night out with friends and got exactly that. Didn’t go in dining area etc so cannot comment on that.

Location could not be better. Car park in basement ideal. Rooms clean and functional. Breakfast well presented and perfectly adequate.

Staff very helpful, professional and friendly, everything was clean, well maintained, my wife and I only needed a bed for the night as we were going to be getting back late and leaving early, but I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend, as already mentioned the three members of staff that we interacted with were all exceptional, one being one of the housekeepers, the first man when we arrived and the second when we got back late, a good experience for us, thanks to the team, all three of them were approachable and couldn't do enough to help
