The staff was amazing, always kind and ready to help. They also had been amazing with our little baby. The Ryad is in a strategic position in the middle of the old Medina. Was beautiful to see the dawn from their rooftop. Strongly recommended!!!

Breakfast was wonderful, the location was perfect, the room was spacious and the staff went above and beyond and even helped us after we checked out when we were staying in another city. We will definitely be back and can't wait to stay again. We planned on staying for 2 nights but we loved it so much that we decided to stay another night and didn't want to leave.

The breakfast was excellent and so was the staff. The swimming pool was broken when we stayed however the staff offered us a free hammam as a replacement which was lovely!
