Lady at the front desk upon check in was very helpful and Whatsapped us a bunch of recommendations. The breakfast staff were also very welcoming, delicious food by Rahma and the man serving was friendly and funny. We could park our hire car on the side street right next to the hotel. We walked into the Medina easily, but as others say, it is quite a walk (coming back up hill might be tough for some). But we needed a place to park our car and enjoyed the walk both in the day and the evening - so Casa Familia worked well for us :)

The hotel is in close proximity to the old part of the city. Only the last part of the road , just before the hotel is a bit steeper, but you can easily walk to the main attractions.

The guy who welcomed is and the kitchen staff are very friendly and the breakfast was nice. The beds are really good and the room is clean.

This riad was incredibly beautiful and perfectly picked up the vibe and decoration of the pretty town Chefchaouen. The room was very spacious and perfectly clean, amenities worked well and our stay was relaxing and refreshing. We would always come back, thank you!
