It is a very clean place and the food was excellent the staff were so polite and helpful the rooms were very comfortable and warm A really good stay 🙂🙂

Used the place as a stopover when flying from Manchester early next morning. Great location and much better value than airport hotels. Tasty food and a good range of beers.

The room was comfortable. Being above a pub, it was a little noisy, but still managed a good night's sleep.
