Views were superb. Facilities great. Location good but need a car or scooter to get around. You can walk to main road comfortably from villa in 10 minutes. We didnt use taxis but Cord has his own pool of staff who are spot on with charges. Ned was absolutely great when we did need her services once. Transit from airport was complimentary. Its a quiet and safe residential are and the private pool was just fab. Cord is always at hand for any queries via WhatsApp. We spent almost 2 weeks there and were sad to leave.

Great location for peace and quiet in the busier side of town. Great to relax and only a short hop to the hustle and bustle of Chaweng and Fisherman’s Village.

Owner organized bikes for us when we arrived, so we didn't need to search for. He showed us how we can order very fast food and groceries online. He also organized everything for our last day. So that a taxi came and waited for us to bring us to the airport. When we wanted to pay the driver he said that the owner paid already. Nice 👍.

Size of the place is great, most of the rooms we didn’t even use. Pool size is great. Wonderful, helpful host
