Everything was great. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, nice and clean room with comfortable bed, good air conditioner and very good shower.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for us great location , the rooms where immaculately clean, the shower was great which has been hard to find. The staff where so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you

+The location of the hotel is quite good, near to a few restaurants, only 15/20 minutes walk to Central and near to beach. +Staff were very friendly and accommodating. +Free Breakfast was quite good, especially the egg making station! Butter and jam provided, as well as fresh fruit. Coffee nice in coffee machine. +Cleanliness was quite clean, bedsheets were nice. +2 Towels and 2 Hand towels were provided. +The bed was firm but fairly comfortable. +The Air con was strong. +Mini fridge in room very useful. +Nice bathroom with good water pressure. +Free umbrellas to borrow when raining. +Good hairdryer in room. +Swimming pools if you want to use. +There is a lift/elevator.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet sidestreet only a stonesthrow from the Chaweng beach. The room was remarkably spacious with huge mirrors and good overall lighting. A kitchenette and a small balcony are a plus. The service is top notch and the people working there are really lovely. I would stay there again.

Ploen was great location Only 15 minutes walk to centre of Chaweng or 5 minutes ride in taxi costing 2 baht Plenty of restaurants & bars within 1 minutes walk from hotel Beautiful Beach 5 minutes walk or relax on the rooftop plunge pool, lounge And of course 2 minutes to the 7/11
