Nice sized room with balcony over pool area. Pool was lovely, always in sun. Good area 15 min walk from beach and plenty places to eat nearby.

Lovely place about a 10-minute walk to Central Samui, we have to say, the staff was amazing and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us and we are very grateful, we stayed for 1 night as we were traveling around Thailand and this was our final night in Koi Samui and we fell in love with the island. Thank you to all the staff at Nova Samui and we wish you all the best for the future. Love Owen and Jayne

Wanna the receptionist and manager was amazing. The resort rooms were outstanding. Clean spacious rooms with balconies and amazing views. This was one of the best resorts I've stayed in. The rooms itself are so cozy comfortable and I had a very memorable stay. Thank you.

Location Superb. The aesthetics of the hotel were beautiful. Staff is super friendly. Rooms good size. The pool was beautiful and refreshing to swim in. Good size fridge in the room, so if you are staying for a few weeks, you had enough room for drinks and food for the days/nights you didn't want to go out to eat. Close to shops and restaurants with a 7 minute walk to the shopping centre and markets. Sitting out on the balcony and seeing the wildlife in the trees and the skinks on the walls . Also if you have trouble with lots of stairs make sure to put in your booking ground floor preferred. I unfortunately did not do that and was on the 2nd floor, so I had a few steps to climb. That was my fault, not the hotels. I should have requested the ground floor because of my hips. I heard that the resort had not been open long since Covid, so they are still getting into the groove of things, and it can only get better. I would definitely come back here, but next time, I would just be more specific with letting them know my needs, and I'm sure they would be able to accommodate them.
