On arrival day we got a room balcony located to the street, it was impossible to sleep at night because of the noisy, but the next day we asked the administration and they changed our room. The view was nice, we saw snakes on the tree, squirrels, it was very fun especially for our toddler :) The location of the hotel is great as well.

It is very comfortable and the location is perfect. The sheets and the towels were clean but If you are a light sleeper this is not your place because it is very noisy throughout the night because of the cars and motorbikes.

The room was clean and the towels and sheets were changed daily. Water was also provided daily and there was also shower wash, shampoo and soap. Check in and out was smooth, with no issues. The location is in the hustle of Chaweng. Central Samui and one of the night markets are minutes away. Plenty of restaurants and bars around!
