We stayed over NYE with a big family group - we each had our own duplex in the Thai Village which was great. Being across the road from the beach wasn't a drama, and we all enjoyed the pool nearby better than the one on the beach side. The duplex was great for us and our teenagers but the narrow stairs to the mezzanine could be a hazard for those with small kids. The bathroom was a good size but did have a slight septic smell during our stay but perhaps not unusual in Thailand? The pool was fantastic as was the coctail/ food service there. Breakfast was awesome - lot and lots of choice. Staff were always welcoming and friendly. The birthday cake on arrival was a lovely surprise. A perfect spot for our family celebration.

The rooms on the beach side of the resort are modern, spacious and adjacent to the pool and restaurant. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The whole resort was incredibly clean and well maintained.

Beautiful property, nice white sand beach, great pools, good breakfast, we stayed in the garden area across the road and it was very peaceful. We had a special occasion meal for our anniversary with a table set up specially by the pool. The seafood was delicious. Service and drinks very good. A lovely 5 star property in a great area of Samui.

The staff was really helpful and so friendly! The buffet was so good and the location was great! We stayed with three kids and the hotel is really kid friendly. Really recommend this place!

The hotel had enough pools for it to not feel crowded. Perfect family resort right by the beach. Rooms were super comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was excellent. Would definitely choose this hotel again if we are visiting Koh Samui again.

Good location down the quieter end of Chaweng but still plenty restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, you won’t go hungry. We stayed in the garden wing which was lovely, quieter than the beach side pool. Short walk to the main reception and breakfast side but only took a few minutes. We were amazed at the amount of people that went to the effort to phone and wait for a golf cart to come and pick them up and ferry them to the main entrance! The staff were so lovely, very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Special thanks to the garden wing bar staff especially Aof and the lady with the pony tail (sorry, didn’t get her name), they were exceptionally lovely.

The Amari is well located, with easy access to local commerce. The facilities are well maintained and a fleet of buggies shuttle guests between the three units. The staff is incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations on restaurants and other attractions. Pink, Fern, Jimmy and Campus doted upon us throughout our stay and made it a very special experience.

Excellent layout of the hotel which makes it easy to navigate. Rooms are well styled and the upstairs layout worked very well for us. Comprehensive breakfast buffet ensures there is something for everyone. Great special offers by the hotel. We booked the romantic evening dinner and it was exceptional.
