Great location in Chauvigny , which is a great location for travelling through France. We had the evening meal which was not haute cuisine, but good wholesome food. The host was great fun. A great period French house with safe parking

Clean, comfortable rooms. Very friendly and welcoming owner. Fantastic evening meal; 3 courses for 15 Euros. Convenient walk to both the newer part of Chauvigny and the historical hilltop village.

Ideally situated in centre of town close to restaurants and the medieval old town. Room quite small but bed very comfortable. Great breakfast with home made jams and, the best bit, super helpful proprietor

The breakfast was just perfect for me. The location was also fine: central for Chauvigny. The staff were extremely courteous, welcoming and helpful. The food was excellent.
