This is a lovely hotel in the middle of town, full of character and freindly staff. The rooms were very nice - we were in the hotel rather than the train carriages. Lots of interest.

Little gem of a hotel. Tastefully refurbished and perfect location close to the free shuttle. Several choices of bars and restaurants close by. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and everything was spotless. Would definitely re book.

Gorgeous boutique hotel, well located in the historic part of the city. Easy to get the shuttle to the other part of town. Lovely pool area and gym too. Well appointed room and lovely finishes

Reception area tastefully decorated with quite a few little sitting areas. Staff all friendly, polite & helpful. Room & bathroom were very clean, had everything as advertised. Location was great.

Excellent location. Very large and comfortable room. Nice and comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Very friendly staff. Ample parking. Room styled to look like the train carriages but much more spacious.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Chattanooga. The hotel's location simply can't be beat, it is within easy walking or driving distance of a great number of amazing sights, restaurants, bars, breweries, et c. The hotel itself was recently renovated and the room I stayed in – half of a former train car – was immaculate and felt very luxurious. While there's no traditional breakfast service the café in the lobby sells coffee and pastries. Parking was easy to find right outside the entrance. Every member of staff I interacted with was super helpful and friendly. Next time I'm in Chattanooga, I'd love to stay here again.
